Parking
Chapell View has ample parking directly in front of the Beauty Collection Suits.
When you walk into the building, we are the fourth door down on the right. Suite #105.
Arriving On Time
Appointments take time and we do not like to rush the service or our clients. With that being said if you are more then ten minutes late your service may be rescheduled to ensure our client booked after you will receive their appointment booked in a timely manner.
Book Ahead
It's important to make sure to rebook with your stylist after your appointment to keep up with your new look! Also please keep in mind that we tend to book up rather quickly in the summer and having your spot reserved will keep your mind at ease.
Cancellation
We totally get a busy life and things happening and having to cancel an appointment. We do however ask that you give us at least a 24 hour notice to avoid a 50% fee of your booked service. With 24 hours notice we then have the chance to schedule in another client in your spot.
Work with your stylist!
As stylists we work best off of pictures of your taste! Doesn't matter what kind of service you are getting, we encourage our clients to bring in pictures and ideas of what you envision your look to come out as! What one person thinks looks natural another thinks looks glam! Additionally, some looks might need a couple of times to get to to your desired vision. Work and communicate with your stylist and you will never be disappointed.
Children
We love children here and most of us have children! We can not however babysit and watch your children while a service is taking place. Everything in the salon is breakable and could hurt a child if they were to climb on them and it were to fall on them. We ask that children be left at home as we can not and will not be liable for any injuries that may happen in Jaclynn Kate Hair & Makeup Artistry Salon.
Tipping
In the event you are overly satisfied with your new look and would like to leave your stylist a tip, we do encourage you to bring cash as we do not except tips on cards.
